Information collected
When you contact us, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, work email, company, phone number, company size, service interests, and message. Required fields are identified on each form; optional fields may be left blank. Without required information, we may be unable to respond.
The AI readiness assessment calculates results in your browser. The assessment itself does not send your answers to us. If you submit its follow-up form, we receive your contact details and the assessment summary included in the message.
Requests to the website also expose technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times, to the hosting infrastructure. Our form protection uses a temporary identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions.
Why we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange consultations, handle support requests, assess requested services, operate and protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where consent is required, we request it for the relevant purpose. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Recipients and external services
Messages are delivered to our designated inbox and may be handled by personnel and hosting, email, or support providers involved in responding to your request. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims, subject to applicable law.
When external fonts or an embedded map load, the provider receives technical information such as your IP address.
